Synthar was another one of Dahlia's Valran who escaped during her one of her megalomaniacal tantrums; he wasn't about to be subject to the abusive nature of her ruling and eventually has called upon someone else to stop it; her former husband Rene Denver had taken him into his own Corvo sect, which he rules with a fair perspective, giving them the reason and satisfied needs to stay. It seemed to have an easy amount of paid work in assassination contracts. Synthar runs the hospital within the grounds of the Underworld, tending to any assassin who happens to be injured or affected by magical ailments.
