When Bell crosses the threshold into the Apprentice Ranks of Mesmer her first Quirk manifests as a constant hum of magic that seeks to draw the eyes and attention of those around her. It is a subtle thing, like a faint whisper that makes you want to turn your head and look, but does not outright call out to steal your attention. Like a buzz in the ears or a prickle on the back of the neck, those who it affects describe it like the feeling of idle curiosity that makes them want to find the source. This quirk is a passive ability, one that bell can neither activate nor deactivate. Because of this, all stealth related actions become more difficult.
