Bell's Masquerade Quirk

Motif: Mist Dancer

When Bell uses Masquerade the edges of her frame seen to blur and fuzz, becoming like mist as strands of color flow off of her. This quirk is purely cosmetic and offers no advantages of disadvantages. In the day it looks like a faint mist of steam is flowing from her skin or fur, though at night a bit of luminescent color can be seen to match the color of her fur at the time.
