Permission Request: Eloise de Lyonesse

Hi y'all.
As per the new NPC system rules, I want to request a higher level of permission with Eloise Arrosa Val'Antonaris de Lyonesse del Ciudad de Grimholdt, reina de la lip-liner. AKA, Eloise. Just level two Influence so that Tae can continue to have deeper conversations with her and receive some mentoring (as per the faction rules; Eloise would be his assigned mentor). Please.
