I am looking to have this business approved for play in the following season.

Situated within the noble quarter of Amoren, Arsenal Et Arcanum is a Veir-sponsored workshop selling the wares and services of Vespasien Catineau, eccentric and renowned engineer. This wasn't always the case; until recently, it was owned by one Matthias Fitch, retired gunsmith and contrivance mage. The man became a hermit following the execution of his son and apprentice, Bernard Fitch. Matthias fell into enormous debt, which Vesper paid in exchange for the business and property, which is located within the noble commercial district of Couronne. Founded in 4502, the business has been in the family for generations, ebbing and flowing in its popularity.

Outwardly, the building appears as any commercial workshop within the noble sector of Amoren might, one vast and tall, roof-windowed warehouse looming over the neighboring businesses whilst a quaint sign with the name of the business extends over the cobbled stone drive. A slotted lockbox for mail sits by the door, which is most often locked. The door has a placard detailing how customers must leave letters describing their services, as well as a return address - engineering is a rare service that moves slowly, and expedience is only allowed through retainment of services. Artificery is even more scrutinized.

Within, there is but one vast room: the workshop. The foyer has a simple office with bamboo dividers obscuring the visual chaos within. Several of the workstations are lined with books elves containing books and notes Vespasien has gathered over time, as well as his own designs, which are kept in a simple safe beneath the floorboards five steps east from the forge. The artificery workshop has everything one could possibly need for the manufacture of golems: a smithery worktable, an engineering workspace, a lathe for machining components, and pulleys or restraints for mounting and hanging golems.

Unbeknownst to most, the shop is a Brotherhood of Scaeva front for them to wield power over the Vier of Amoren through Vespasien's access to noble interests. While he is no longer a member, he offers them information in exchange for a careful truce between him and his former secretive compatriots. Friendly to those who reveal themselves to him, he has no qualms selling information and opportunities to trusted Scaeva spies.

The quiet aim of this business is to steadily, slowly, seize economic power within Amoren through an eventual mechanical, infrastructural coup the likes Daravin's nobility has never seen. Trains will cease, the lights will go out, and the golems of the Entente will go haywire ...or so he plans.
