Description:
A former refugee from Sil'Elaine turned slave. He served House Balak, a former Veir house with a good reputation for aspiring necrodoctors; their house collapsed after a huge scandal involving wrongful experimentations. He was one of the slaves who was rounded up and initiated into Mentalism. Out of the seven slaves that served House Balak, Tiberius was the only one who passed the test as the rest became broken husks. Their emotions and thoughts simply died. He was promoted to a Valran and was elected to study his art at Nardothis.
As his major subjects he took Necromancy; it was a beneficary and he was merely fascinated within the art of healing and flesh-bending from observing the necromancers of House Balak. He was young and yet started to desire something more from the world, although it was strangely ambigious. It was power, but rather to locate power for the sake of things, he wanted an urge to change the current state of Atharen.
An impossible ambition that led to him becoming a Corvo. Dahlia eventually was the one who was sent to initiate him. She taught him of his duties and eventually initiated him into Remnant as part of his test of magical strength. Eventually, Dahlia would ask for his hand as a Valran to Dahlia whom he would consider and take her offer.
After 10 years of service, Dahlia became a very difficult woman to please and her demands became increasingly harder to keep up with. He saw comfort in Salen, a new Corvo initiate at the time. Their relationship would blossom, knowing that they were both deep within the web of the Black Widow herself. It wasn't until Dahlia saw Salen as a distraction that she had casted him out secretly, now enforcing her will upon Salen and blackening Tiberius’ own name under Salen’s nose.
He eventually ran from Greater Daravin and took refuge in the badlands, knowing the truth about Dahlia herself. A compulsive liar and a ruthless player in the Candor.
