Resonance Mark of Power [Degare]

Degare would like to acquire the Mark of Resonance!
Here is a rough outline of the steps he would undergo in order to do so, already discussed with Ruin in regards to his characters involved, PC Arkash and NPC Fayeth. Each of the points on this outline will be at minimum one thread, maybe more depending on how long they take to work out.
Resonance acquisition plot outline:
1. Degare determines he needs Resonance to stay with Arkash; he's hedging his bets on getting Shard Resonators.
2. Arkash takes him to Lorien.
3. Arkash meets with Fayeth, does his best to mend their relationship. Degare will be present to introduce himself and attempt to gain her favor.
4. She goes to Daravin's Badlands with him and Degare.
5. Fayeth will decide she approves of Degare and gives him the mark to help him and Arkash remain together.
