PC skills and EXP transfer

Hello, the region of Magna's origin was erased in the lore nuking and I've since lost the motivation to write with her. Can I harvest her accumulated skills and xp for this PC?
I counted 104 xp (((including her server restoration reward) by adding up all the points she was awarded on her ledger) Excluding CS rewards and starting package)
and 64 lores (Excluding starting package and CS rewards, which totaled 10)
Please let me know if this is acceptable or if your numbers differ from mine!
