This is my request for a loan, I need the SIR amount.

Hi Nim,

Thanks for submitting this request. I've reviewed your business as well as the region of Bardona, and I've come to the following decisions:

Base income: 700df (able to increase with more renown)
Skill Bonus: 4x (Apprentice secondary and tertiary skills don't add a bonus)
Sales Bonus: N/A (Retired)
Creativity Bonus: N/A (Retired)
Negative Modifier: N/A (Retired)

The business's total daily income, in which case, will be 2,800 df/day. With an SIR of 2.5%, Nim will need to pay a minimum of 58,500 df a season in order to avoid defaulting on her loan.

Please note that the 900,000 df/season for Journeyman Business is awarded to nobility with the rank of Count or equivalent. Veir are equivalent to Unlanded Lords and have some ways to go before they're awarded such a benefit.

With all that being said, this business is approved! I look forward to seeing it in RP!
