When I joined Atharen in May last year, I created Feris. The following month, the site underwent outages and I was unable to properly develop this character as I could not access the wiki, and approvals were paused indefinitely by the time I managed to create the Homonculi article. During this period, a compensation 'Server Restoration Award' for 30 Experience was instated for approved character sheets, but Feris could not be approved at the time, though his character sheet was posted a month before the award was instated.

Following this reality, I created Aeraku. I completed one thread on Aeraku before the lore split happened, which invalidated a lot of his character concept. I was able to salvage him as a supporting character recently, but I would also like to harvest that five experience and use it on Nuraku.

I bring this up because a similar compensation system is being offered to players, to allow them to cannibalize their characters and use the exp on new characters. I was twice placed in a position where I could not continue mine, so I did not get to build up in the same manner as others did to benefit from these offerings.

I would like to request the 30 XP Server Restoration Award for Nuraku, as I should have qualified for that award due to being impacted by the same issues others were facing.

I would also like to request an XP Transfer Aeraku's 5 Experience to Nuraku, as she was made well after I abandoned him due to his concept being invalidated.

Hi Nuraku,

I'm sorry to say that the Server Restoration reward was ultimately posted for Approved Characters because they were unable to post during the outages as a form of consolation to a specific subset of players. As you had no approved characters at the time, you did not miss out on posting potential. For that, the request to receive the Server Restoration reward is denied.

As for the consolidation of Nuraku's five earned points into Nuraku's, this is also denied. We cannot make exceptions with this benefit for fairness reasons, as no one is permitted to consolidate their abandoned alts into their main accounts. You are still free to transfer Aeraku's points to a newly made PC if you wish.

This decision was reached by the Architect team, and you're free to appeal this decision with any member of staff with such rank.
