[Plot Request] Acquisition of Citizenship

So this is a season-long plot that will take place in Lorien in Frost. A lot of this is risky (despite Arkash's skillset revolving around subterfuge), so I'm happy to accept additional consequences if applicable. I also plan to allow more players to join me, especially toward the middle stages of the plot. The plot involves the death of Annalise Florent and the raiding of her manor.
- The plot begins on the sixth of Frost, with Arkash killing off the members of the gang he joined in Lower Nivenhain. Upon this day is the butchering of the nameless, which Arkash will be caught in. Using his rifle and personal NPCs, he will gun down as many Argent as he can and guide as many nameless as he can into the sewers, where they will be safe from the ensuing slaughter. Once the Butchering is done, Arkash will organize and pull the nameless into line, then organize all the able-bodied men to the streets to help with the bodies. He, along with a handful of humans and elves will collect all the bodies they can and amass a pyre while saving and helping all the wounded and grieving nameless that survive the ordeal. Without sufficient medical training and supplies, a lot of the nameless later succumb to infection or blood loss. Those that survive are converted to follow Arkash with the nameless he saved vouching for him.
- After burning enough of the dead, Arkash and his inner circle agree that they need medical supplies, weapons, and food to support the gathered humans and elves. So, they amass a small team of the able-bodied nameless and determine the most stealthy of the lot. With them, Arkash leads a mission through the higher districts to collect medical supplies as well as raid a firearm store. With all their loot in tow, they're likely to be caught by one or two patrolling Chevalier, which the group will gun down and rob of armor and ammunition. Ultimately, they return to the sewers and treat the wounded.
- In the following days, Arkash begins training those able-bodied fighters with the ability to fight to use their weapons and move quietly, this is the beginning of his faction. Over time, they gather up and burn more bodies while fighting off whatever forces sent to dispatch them. By the time it becomes too dangerous to remain in Nivenhain, Arkash has amassed a small fighting force of twenty men and women that follow him loyally. The disease has begun to spread through Lower Nivenhain at that point, and with the constant attacks of Chevalier and Hollows alike, Arkash decides to move out of Lower Nivenhain. He and his inner circle agree to make the journey to Rainier, where the nameless will be safer.
- In Rainier, his following continues to recruit sympathetic souls to his cause while he and his inner circle plot. At this point, news of the culling has spread far, and House Florent is known as the one to order the culling. Arkash takes the information to his following and rallies them against the celebrant by stoking their rage and hate as the ultimate unifier.
- They make their way Breven, Amhern, and aid in the anti-Celebrant riots. Arkash helps arm a portion of the population to fight against the attacking Argent and Hollows using guerilla warfare tactics. All the while his following grows as sympathizers join his cause. In the coming days, Arkash organizes an attack on the noble house itself in which he and his most elite followers infiltrate the family's estate. The rest of his able-bodied following lies in wait. Ultimately, the infiltration team is caught, and gunfire ensues. The gunshots sound as a signal to his following that they've been caught, and the gathered fighters storm the estate. A lot of his people are killed fighting off the argent stationed in the home, but they have numbers, firepower, and the element of surprise on their side, and gun down and/or capture a number of Argent before Arkash and his team take the head Catherine Florent. It's here that, despite not having undergone his Coming of Age Ceremony, that Arkash realizes his purpose. The house's treasury is looted, and a portion of the funds is used to officially start his faction.
- With Catherine dead, some of his following disbands, believing justice has been served. But he has a gathering of loyalists, which he strings along with the promise of wealth and revenge for the ways they have been treated as nameless. The fact that Annalise Florent still lives keeps the number of his followers high. He and his inner circle continue to radicalize and convert the loyalists to his ideology, and in turn, they work toward destroying House Florent as a whole. (nothing will come of that this season, but the roots of a larger plan take place here)
- With his amassed wealth, and the nature of his purpose known, Arkash resolves to blend in with the masses. He is able to buy citizenship for himself with the remains of House Florent's treasury. However, his face is well known as the figurehead of the revolutionaries that raided and killed Catherine Florent. He converses with Fayeth and declares that he needs to unlock his humanoid form to proceed. She agrees to take him to Tyrclaid to meet with more of his kind while Asmodei remains with the faction to plot and conspire.
- Fayeth and Arkash journey to Tyrclaid using her transposition abilities, and he is introduced to a kinship of rathari, who startle at the fact that he has not undergone a Coming of Age Ceremony. His first real experience with the grand family takes place, and the kinship agrees to host a Ceremony for him. Arkash ultimately accepts.
- During the celebrations, Arkash takes part in the offered blood of another Neoalt, and the ceremony is complete. Immediately, he transforms into his humanoid form. Through the rest of the celebrations, Arkash continues to learn of his culture and the history of the rathari, and the importance and significance of his purpose are revealed to him. Arkash doesn't share his purpose but remains with the kinship for a few days.
- He grows comfortable in their company and finds solace among them. Part of his conscious mind wishes to remain with the kinship, in a land where he can be accepted for what he is, but a deeper subconscious itch pulls him northward. The kinship offers him a place in their family, and for the first time, Arkash is torn. Ultimately, he reveals his purpose to the kinship and declares that he cannot stay with them. Though they're saddened and look upon him with pity, they understand. Fayeth appears most pleased with the revelation of his purpose, then takes him back to Lorien.
- Arkash invests in expensive clothes and grooming supplies for his Humanoid form and practices a more proper common accent with Fayeth and Asmodei before presenting himself to a Baron with the riches he stole from House Florent's treasury. He claims he's of noble birth in Tyrclaid and offers a bribe for citizenship in Lorien. The baron ultimately accepts, unsuspecting of Arkash's alter-ego, which has never been seen in Lorien before.
