Details
Introduction:
Some time ago, Arkash was summoned by Brilan Ald in a bid to obtain Chronomancy. Arkash swore fealty but planned to betray her, and his emotional state at the time was telling that she couldn't fully trust him in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=59&t=1572 I'd like for Arkash to bridge the gap with Brilan and sincerely assert himself as an ally of hers and take charge of the initiative to retrieve Chronomancy for her.
Outline:
Arkash will discover that his deceased lover, an Entente whom he initiated in blood magic, was executed for their possession of blood magic by order of Merona Rafien. Killing a Montese is no mean feat, even for Arkash, so he'd seek to join forces with Brilan Ald and bring her dream of genociding the humans of Daravin to fruition. He'll request an audience with her as it's been more than a year since they began this initiative and outline that everyone else she called upon is gone and he's the only one remaining to carry out her will, confess his prior reservations and clarify that he's helping her to eradicate Merona Rafien. From there, the Ashes of old Days plot will resume with Arkash spearheading recruitment and the restoration of the lost magic. As a gift of good faith, he will offer her the mark of lucense.
Requested Rewards:
Brilan Ald offered a number of rewards here but it really depends if we're successful or not. Chronomancy was offered, lichdom, wealth, titles.
Plot Moderation:
This plot would require moderation of some major NPCs like Brilan Ald and the Pontifex but I'm comfortable guest modding the plot for other players that join the effort.
Community Benefit:
Yes, other players will be given the chance to participate in the Ashes of Old Days plot. In character, Arkash will make use of Brilan Ald's resources in selecting a new team. Out of character, I will take volunteers.
Effect on Atharen:
If we're successful, the restoration of Chronomancy and the complete transformation of Daravin.
Plot NPCs:
I don't really have athefull scope of what the plot entailed, but I know that Brilan Ald and Ratheran are involved.
