Luna nodded and started digging through her bag of tools. There was plenty of stuff in there she had no clue about and there was plenty more that she left at home because they were so bizarre. Things like the KLEX did nothing but clutter her bag. Then there was other stuff she had a small clue about because she had done a little experimentation. What she wanted was to find a tool that looked somewhat practical but not so complex that someone of her skill level had no chance of using it anytime soon.
Luna said, "hmm, how about this stuff?" She held up a wooden box and then opened it to reveal several corked vials full of strange liquid. It was a set of Activators. Luna had never so much as tried to see what they did. She didn't want to accidentally find out that the liquid was a powerful acid or accidentally inhale some kind of noxious fume. She heard that Necromancers could even raise the dead so it'd be a real shame if she accidentally created an abomination
She continued, "I can't imagine what it could do and I'm not quite sure how I would even go about testing them. Is this something you're familiar with? If so, maybe you could do a demonstration and that'd give me enough to work with until the next lesson." Luna was unfortunately too unskilled to be able to appropriately use Activators even with close instruction, but it would be a nice goal for her to shoot for during her private studies.
